Steps towards the future: the new production plant of the Moretti Design group

We are pleased to share with you an exciting moment in our company history. With over 60 years of experience in the production of highly technological, design wood and pellet stoves and fireplaces, we continue our evolution! This time we present our new plant where all the production processes of our creations will take place: from sheet metal processing to the finished product.

We are proud that our products are created 100% in Italy, thus being a true representation of Made in Italy. The expansion of the Moretti Design group’s production plant represents the pinnacle of innovation in the sector.

Strategically located to meet market demand, this cutting-edge facility stands out for its sophisticated technology and unparalleled precision.

Here, the production process comes to life from the sheet metal itself, shaped through state-of-the-art laser cutting machinery and high-precision robotic bending.

These machines never stop, operating without interruptions 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to ensure continuous and impeccable production.

Every detail is treated with meticulous attention to ensure maximum quality and efficiency, confirming our commitment to excellence in the sector.

The Atelier and the new structure 

The term “atelier” is not a coincidence; indeed, it is a French word that means workshop. This indicates precisely how Moretti Design products are the result of a well-thought-out, created, and carefully crafted work down to the smallest detail. For us, it was therefore essential to invest in a new plant that allows us to follow every stage of the creation of our products.

At Moretti Design, each product is more than just a creation; it is a work of art born from meticulous craftsmanship. With this fundamental principle, we have decided to expand our atelier with a new structure, a real laboratory, which extends over 20,000 square meters, of which 7,500 square meters are covered. This space offers us the opportunity to express our creativity and perfect our production processes.
