How can I heat up my house with Moretti Design stove?
You can heat directly with air (air technology, hybrid, relax, remote air and ducted) or by connecting the stove to the radiators you can use your existing system (aqua technology)

An authorized technician will switch it on and will register your product on the Moretti Design portal and extend your warranty to 6 years.

For Moretti Design stoves, routine maintenance is reduced to a minimum as the presence of self-cleaning technology prevents the daily intervention of the user.

When should extraordinary maintenance be carried out?
For Moretti Design stoves, extraordinary maintenance is planned together with the authorized service center, usually once a year. Taking care of your stove and carrying out a correct cleaning is useful both to ensure a good quality of breathable air and to avoid failures in the long term.

Yes, for this reason we suggest you to agree with your CAT the best time to carry it out in order to avoid additional costs.

All Moretti Design stoves are accompanied by a user manual, also available online on our website, which describes the main functions of the stove purchased and the safety warnings displayed on your handheld. In a few simple steps described in the user manual you can restore the operation of the stove. In any case, we suggest that you contact the Technical Assistance Centre (CAT) for further information.

The temperature of the stove can be increased or decreased by pressing the + or - buttons of the MENU- THERMOSTATS of the remote control. An easy guide can be found in the user manual for your stove.
