If, on the other hand, your Moretti Design stove is not equipped with such technologies, you will need to:

• Perform internal cleaning of the stove – the ash collection drawer when full, and the burner.
• Perform external cleaning – of the glass – by simply wiping it with a cloth to remove any ash residues that may obstruct the view of the flame.

First of all, it is a type of cleaning that needs to be done annually and is mandatory to ensure good air quality and, not least, to have a product that lasts longer

With us, extraordinary maintenance is scheduled in advance with the authorized Technical Assistance Centers (CAT), and since it is a paid service, it is advisable to agree on the most suitable period according to your needs

It is necessary for this action to be carried out by skilled hands, as it involves cleaning the heat exchanger chamber, ash duct, and flue duct.

Once completed, the technicians will provide a maintenance and inspection report that contains all the actions performed on your stove.
